My DS is broken and I spent a good amount of time crying about it. It still works but it's in practically two pieces now, the only thing holding to together is the decorative case. The hinge where the on light is broke completely, and the little light came off. I knew it was going to happen some day, but I was in extreme denial about it.

Maybe I can get a new one for Christmas, or get a job and buy my own, I don't know. I had just start Matt Engarde's case too :( Edgeworth was about to show up! It was gonna be awesome :( Now it just sucks. I'm scared to open it...

I really have never gone very long without playing my DS. The longest I go is maybeee a week, usually only a day or maybe two. I play it every night before I go to bed, and I play it in the car if I'm being driven around. Now I feel kind of lost. :(

I hope everyone had a good Christmas. I didn't. I got fired. No biggie. I'll just have to find another job :\

I didn't get a lot of stuff for Christmas, but I did get $450. So I bought Persona 4, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories for PS2, some RAM and a new graphics card. But I had to return the graphics card 'cause apparently my computer can't fit normal ones, I have to buy a low-profile graphics card :\ And it sucks, because now I can't get the graphics card I want, I have to take a step down. :(

Persona 4 is fun. The beginning part is soooo long though. It took forever to get into the real game. I like the little differences between Persona 3 and Persona 4 in gameplay

Kingdom Hearts is exactly like the GBA game from what I can tell, except with voices and it's in 3D.

My druid is almost level 70! 11 more levels 'til 80. Since I'm going to be resto at 80, my guild leader is going to power level me so we can get started on 10-mans. We have enough people, but not enough healers. Woot! I'm excited :D I hope we get to do 25-mans, too.

Not much else to say, though. Not much has been happening. :/

I can't believe Heath Ledger is dead :( I didn't believe it when I first saw it. He was so young! Somehow, this makes me want to watch Brokeback Mountain... Which is weird, because I wasn't a huge fan of it the first few times I saw it.

Ace of Cakes on Thursday, at 9:30 Central, if you haven't heard the news yet... HOGWARTS CAKE. I'm very excited. I'm nottt missing this episode. I saw Rupert Grint and Dan Radcliffe on the commercial x3 It's on Food Network at 9:30 on the 24th if you want to check it out too :)

I got the job at the theatre! So that's good. I can afford things now.

Call me a nerd all you want, but I wrote a list of questions I want JKR to answer and I carry them around with me in my purse now XD

I finished reading Deathly Hallows again, and now, since I have a habit of wanting to know more about characters who we barely meet, I want to explore post-DH more, with epilogue. I'm sort of interested in Teddy and Victoire. Hum.

I'm a terribly interesting person.

I saw Sweeney Todd today! Yay, it was awesome. Except for when everyone around me talked. That sucked. Gar.

A friend of mine is supposed to come over and we're supposed to go see a movie together but I have no idea what time he's coming or what movie we're seeing, so I'm not sure that he's coming at all =\ Oh well.

I decided I needed to make a Christmas post while it was still Christmas :D

Yesterday I went over to my grandma's house and we had our traditional Christmas dinner, chicken fried steak and macaroni and mashed potatoes and rolls and chocolate pie. Yes, we are rather Southern.

Then we opened gifts! I got a cover for my mixer, two cake savers (one round and one rectangle), a lava lamp, a cute top, and $100. We watched a Christmas video tape from when I was 1 year old and my older cousin Amy kept pushing me over and I totally didn't care.

I woke up this morning at about 11:00 and my mom woke up my brother and we opened gifts. I got another $100, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix Limited Edition DVD (it came with a mini Death Eater mask :D), a probe oven thermometer and my mixer, which I had to find using a series of clues. My brother got the second season of Scrubs so my mom and I watched a bit of that. Aaron didn't feel well so he didn't join us.

Aaron and I got my mom electronic Catchphrase, which is a game that my family plays almost every time we get together, but she wanted the electronic version. We also got her new house shoes, because Hunnie tore up the last ones she had, and it took forever to find ones that she wanted.

SO that was my Christmas. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE \o/ :D

I'm really glad I know myself so well... I accidentally just saved over my Persona 3 file!! :D But I have another save file of the same game... I normally save the game twice, switching back and forth between the two slots every couple of days... But I lost a couple of weeks in this file >\ I'm so tired, I didn't even realize I was saving over my Remus file until I saw that it read Hikaru... Arghhh... I wish it was like Kingdom Hearts, where it picks the last save you saved at instead of starting back up at the top...

Oh well... I have to redo my academics, defeat the latest full moon monster again, go to Tartarus and gain a billion levels again, redo everything I did with the President and Yukari... But at least I don't have to start over at the beginning...

Still... I'm going to start saving every day twice in case I do this again... I hate losing /any/ amount of gameplay =\

So I may have accidentally bought Persona 3 :\ Blame vwl, she talks about it even more than I talk about Kingdom Hearts (which is a total lie but shhhh) and I just had to try it. $54 of trying it, but it seems like fun~ I even like Tartarus a little bit except when the access point decided to not be where I left it. >\

This game is totally going to cut into my Kingdom Hearts time :(

My mom asked me to make a cake for the boy scouts so I made it blue and gold, not knowing those were CUB SCOUT colors. She better bring me back a piece :(

My grandma bought me a new pair of pants today, too, since the ones I am wearing now are full of holes in uncomfortable places. Not that they're uncomfortable for me, but I have a feeling if I sat down and spread my legs, the people around me would be uncomfortable.

I think this ear medicine is working! I didn't hurt all day, except at one part of the day where I got really dizzy and had a killer headache right behind my ear >\

Oh, and hey, sugar_high_07, wouldn't you just loveeee to go to Build-a-Bear workshop? Hehehe...

Edit: My Halloween plans were ruined :[ Megan is grounded so she can't come over. I wanted to play Silent Hill in between handing out candy to kids, but I don't know if I can play by myself at night. I mean, I can play it fine during the day (twice! I beat it TWICE!) but night is different, and especially when you're alone and people are coming to the door.

So I guess I'll just sit around in my costume and hand out candy. And I was looking forward to Halloween =\

I can't really help it, shoebox_project gave me a taste and bmbridges got me hooked. vwl didn't help by encouraging this bad, bad habit of falling in love with pairings of characters no one has heard of. Well, I hope you can read and enjoy anyway, but be warned that despite the fact that shoebox_project and bmbridges inspired me, my versions of the boys aren't the same.

This was a bit quick, and had two versions for a while. It has been betaed by multiple people, but I'm going to credit alycorn because she's the one who helped me merge the two versions I wrote, to create a third version that I like the most. This is practice for NaNoWriMo, too, so hopefully I can get a few more fics like this out, I think I like what my practices come up with.

I have an unhealthy addiction to Fabian Prewett and Caradoc Dearborn with a side of Gideon Prewett (you can't have Fabian without Gideon, after all). It's really unfair, you know, liking these characters that we never meet. First Juan, and Fabian, Gideon, and Caradoc. See, I have this weird affection for Fabian/Caradoc... and we have met neither of them. Seriously, seriously depressing. I blame shoebox_project. I wish they would update :(

Also, making another cake. A lot of cakes. Sooo many cakes.

AHHHH OMG THERE IS A SPIDER ON THE WALL ABOVE THE COMPTUER SOMEONE COME KILL IT FOR ME DDDDDDD: I tried to squish it with a tissue but when I reached up, it started wiggling it's fangs at me omg ;_; I've got a tissue clamped in those clampy tweezers so I can squish from far away and it's only like half a centimeter long I HATE SPIDERS ><;;;;;

My birthday is tomorrow and you know what I want? All the spiders in this house to be KILLED. D: And the mosquitoes! And every other bug. No bugs in the house plz ;_;

Edit: The newspaper just called, dunno why, but they asked for my dad. I just kind of sat there a moment and said "He's... not... uh, here..." Because what am I supposed to say? D:

I've noticed I've gotten back into what I like to call my Harry Potter habits. They only come when I immerse myself in Harry Potter. The first one I noticed is aimless wandering around my house while I think about Harry Potter. When I say aimless, I just walk around in circles, not really doing anything. Another thing is running into my mom's room, and yelling out random tidbits of information ("Remus was born on March 10th! That makes him 7 days older than James!!") and running out. I'm sure I'll develop more soon XD

It's funny, because up until recently, I've been neglecting poor Harry, and now everyone who I've met recently is surprised at how obsessed I am with it XD Ah, well. Harry Potter is my one true love, the one fandom, the one book, that I return to all the time. Sure, he fades into the background, but he'll always have a place in my heart, cheesy as that sounds. Even if the fandom really kind of does suck, at least in the fanfiction area. Oh, the stupidity.

Definitely need a Ravenclaw cake for my birthday!

I finally beat Devil May Cry! Now I have to play Devil May Cry 2 and uhm, I'm not looking forward to it but I can't play 1 and 3 and not 2 because that's just wrong.
